Lets talk about your rugs

The name is Ivan... I don't your money or your bank account.. in fact I don't give a darn if you email me back or not.  Get a facebook fan page.  I don't care if you have a group.  A group is not a facebook fanpage.  Pages get archived in all the big search engines.  Youtube should be the medium that drives your traffic so respect the interface.  Meaning have a picture up on the channel.  Match its url to your main site url which should match your facebook vanity with your twitter vanity.  Next get a US address.  Google how to do it and then get the stuff on amazon.com.  You might need to find a US distributor which is as easy as google.  You could even look at shopster.com which is a calgary company.  I would also try to get on amazon.ca.  Don't be satisfied with the .ca because man o man .com is just a much nicer website with all those american people who love gag stuff.  I would then identify the main age demographic you are looking to market to.  Look at who they consume online in terms of media and send them a free sample.  A % of them will do a video and have a laugh at it.  This is free digital media that you cannot buy.  I think etsy.com is also pretty big.  You could offer it via a simple ebay store.

The really cool thing about getting it on to sites like amazon.com is they have really good affiliate programs.  I could take an affiliate link from amazon which links to your product.  Run it through a bit.ly customize option and then say do a video on youtube.  Link to the product through that URL to Amazon where if anyone buys I get 4 to 6%.  You don't really do anything.  Of course you have to figure out how to get a US address so can sell on Amazon.com.

They call me Ivan.. who am I.. I am ghost man.. bouncing around the web trying to stop people from making my web ugly.. which means you need you to get a favicon.. I have a saying.. no favicon, no good.  favicon.cc  It should look something like this.

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://static.ak.fbcdn.net/rsrc.php/yi/r/q9U99v3_saj.ico" />

There are some variations.

<link href='http://www.blogger.com/favicon.ico' rel='icon' type='image/vnd.microsoft.icon'/>

google it.  if you can't figure it out find a place online where someone can help you.  It isn't rocket
science.  I am not trying to be a dick.  The idea with the web is you just have to be willing to fail and keep trying.

Yes I am crazy..
